NXTGEN is excited to be recruiting an FP&A Manager, a pivotal role where you'll lead financial planning, analysis, and strategy to support the ongoing growth of an ambitious organisation. As FP&A Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis, collaborating with senior leadership, and driving operational and commercial success. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FP&A Manager to make a real impact and shape the future of a dynamic business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead budgeting, 12-month rolling forecasts, and strategic planning processes.
  • Build strong relationships across departments to drive profitability and align financial and operational goals.
  • Analyse financial performance, provide insightful commentary, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create detailed financial models to support long-term growth and decision-making.
  • Deliver actionable insights to senior management, influencing business strategies and outcomes.
  • Support corporate projects that impact the wider organisation.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant FP&A experience, particularly in partnering with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring a proactive, results-driven approach to solving complex business challenges.

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational demands.
  • Expertise in financial modelling and analysis, with proficiency in Excel.
  • A proven track record of working with senior leadership and influencing at board level.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A background in leading cross-functional projects and delivering impactful results.
