As FP&A Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis, collaborating with senior leadership, and driving operational and commercial success. Key Responsibilities:- Lead budgeting, 12-month rolling forecasts, and strategic planning processes.
- Build strong relationships across departments to drive profitability and align financial and operational goals.
- Analyse financial performance, provide insightful commentary, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create detailed financial models to support long-term growth and decision-making.
- Deliver actionable insights to senior management, influencing business strategies and outcomes.
- Support corporate projects that impact the wider organisation.
To succeed in this role, you'll be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant FP&A experience, particularly in partnering with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring a proactive, results-driven approach to solving complex business challenges.

- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational demands.
- Expertise in financial modelling and analysis, with proficiency in Excel.
