About the Role:As the FP&A Manager, you will be at the heart of the business, providing strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision support to senior stakeholders. This is a highly visible role where you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and growth.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across the business, aligning financial goals with commercial strategies.
- Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making.
- Deliver insightful, action-oriented analysis to address business challenges and propose solutions.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support long-term growth and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide detailed analysis and commentary on business unit performance.
- Lead corporate projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
About You:You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with proven experience in an FP&A or commercial finance role. You will have a strong track record of financial planning, analysis, and business partnering, ideally within an FMCG, retail, or manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and deliver actionable insights.
- A high level of commercial acumen and a strategic mindset, balancing long-term planning with day-to-day operational support to drive efficiency's
- Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience operating at a senior level, working closely with board-level directors and cross-functional teams.
