As the Head of Finance, you will be leading the development and efficiency of the global finance function. Working closely with the Director of Operations you will play a crucial role in the growth of the organisation, implementing future compliance, controls, and finance strategies.

You will have full autonomy to take ownership of your role, managing month-end reporting, balance sheet controls and reconciliations, financial analysis for future planning and forecasting cashflows, annual budgeting, supporting the annual statutory accounts, leading the annual external audit process, and consolidated financial management reports for submission to the UK Charity Trustees and their Operations Committee.

An ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification is a requirement, and Candidates need to have experience working within other Charity organisations, and have knowledge of relevant UK charity legislation and grant funding.
