Position Title: Risk Control Manager (mandarin speaking preferably)

Our client is a crypto investment business with HQ in Hong Kong built by ex-seniors of a leading crypto exchange. They are seeking an experienced and professional Risk Management Manager to join their financial team. This position is responsible for developing and executing risk management strategies to safeguard the company's assets and profits from unnecessary risks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures for the company.

  2. Continuously monitor and assess the company's risk exposure, creating effective countermeasures as needed.

  3. Design and execute risk assessment models and tools to identify and quantify potential risks.

  4. Assist in formulating a risk management strategy that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

  5. Collaborate with internal departments to establish and oversee the implementation of risk control measures.

  6. Provide regular reports to senior management regarding the status of risk management and offer recommendations.

  7. Participate in risk training and education programs to enhance employee awareness of potential risks.

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor/master's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.

  2. Few years of experience in financial risk management.

  3. Familiarity with financial markets and products, with strong risk identification and assessment capabilities.
