Your RoleAs a Financial Planner, you will:

  • Deliver comprehensive advice on pensions, investments, protection, and tax-efficient strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Analyse clients’ financial needs and provide tailored recommendations to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Work closely with colleagues and in-house specialists to ensure seamless, compliant service delivery.
  • Identify new opportunities through referrals and professional networks.
  • Maintain regular reviews with clients, ensuring their plans remain aligned with their goals and circumstances.

About You

  • Experienced Professional: You’ll have at least five years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on client relationships and retention.
  • Qualified & Committed: QCF Level 4 qualification is essential, with the ambition to achieve Chartered status (QCF Level 6 preferred).
  • Strong Communicator: You can build trust and rapport with clients, presenting complex information in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Proactive & Organised: You’re self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a dynamic workload.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with financial planning tools like Voyant and CURO will be an advantage.
