Paraplanner

A leading Wealth Management firm, who have an excellent reputation and established in the Cambridge area for many years are looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanner. Working as part of a growing team of around 30 members of staff this is an excellent opportunity to join a Chartered practice who will invest in your development and can offer strong career prospects.

The role will support a team of Financial Planners who offer full market products to a HNW client base. Specifics of the role will include -

  • Work closely with financial planners developing strategies and solutions to meet clients expectations and objectives.
  • Research the market and produce reports, analysis, commentary and cashflow analysis to be presented to clients.
  • Produce final suitability reports
  • Be comfortable taking ownership of client cases, working them to conclusion and presenting to financial planners.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Be a point of contact for clients, handling enquiries and helping manage relationships.
  • Work closely with financial planners to schedule meetings, client reviews and presentation dates.
  • Produce meeting presentation material and attend client meetings prepared to answer questions, make recommendations and take follow up notes.
  • Ensure back office systems are correctly updated, and all administrative and office procedures are followed.

To apply for the position, you should have worked in a similar capacity and preferably completed your Level 4 diploma. You should be willing to work in a team-oriented environment where everyone works in collaboration.
