Job Title: Paraplanner
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Location: Cambridge
A Chartered Financial Planning firm offering a comprehensive financial advice service including, Pensions, Investment, IHT and Discretionary Investment Management services are on the lookout for an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing team.
They pride themselves on their technical, professional service which is tailored to each client’s needs. The role would include paraplanning across a range of cases and being involved with the clients, managing and developing relationships whilst working closely with the firm’s financial planners.

The Role:
The role itself would involve supporting experienced financial planners provide tailored advice across a range of complex cases to HNW individuals with a range of different needs. This position is a comprehensive paraplanning role and would involve compiling suitability reports, conducting research, cash-flow modelling as well as being involved in the client meetings as well. As such, someone with an ability to understand complex information, but be able to communicate well would be ideally suited for this role.
The Required Skills:
- Level 4 Diploma Qualified as a minimum, ideally with a desire to continue study further
- Experience of working with a IFA or Wealth Management firm and a good understand of Financial Planning.
- A desire and interest to continue developing your skillset.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence and ability to deal with clients in a professional, personable manor.
- Good understanding of the FCA and how a Financial services firm operates
