Ridgeway and co are partnering with a leading Residential contractor in their search for a Finishing Manager located in Cambridge paying up to 70,000 PA.
Your daily responsibilities will include ensuring the project stays on schedule and within the program, attending and leading meetings with specialist subcontractors, and reporting progress to senior management.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring health and safety regulations are consistently followed and will handle other project packages as the work advances.
Requirements include:
- Experience managing commercial projects.
- Minimum of 5 years' involvement in Residential projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Desire for a permanent role.
- Hands-on approach to project management.
- Excellent organisational and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
