Front of House Assistant - Prestige Central Cambridge Client

Location: Central Cambridge
Salary: Circa 25,000 per annum
Hours: Permanent, full-time position (36.5 hours per week), averaged across a 3-week rota including early, late, and split shifts; some weekend work required.
Holidays: 33 days annual leave (including public holidays)
Pension Scheme: Membership of a contributory pension scheme available, with eligibility for auto-enrolment based on age and earnings level. You have the right to opt-in at any time.

Job Summary

On behalf of my Prestigious Client We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Assistant to join their team, providing exceptional food and beverage service within My Clients acclaimed environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for their guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent food service with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times to enhance the front of house experience.
  • Execute instructions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support casual Food and Beverage Assistants by setting a positive example.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
  • Perform daily housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Prepare rooms and deliver food service, ensuring proper table settings and presentation.
  • Adhere to security measures and report maintenance issues to management.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the Staff Handbook.

General Responsibilities

  • Participate in the appraisal scheme and undertake necessary training.
  • Take responsibility for personal health and safety in the workplace.
