Bids and Sales Coordinator
Location: Cambridge but Hybrid (Homeworking, office and site visits required)
Up to £40,000
TSR are working with a leading nationwide facilities management company looking to add a Bids and Sales Coordinator to their team.
As a Bids and Sales Coordinator, you will manage the tender process from start to finish, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with client requirements. This includes writing and reviewing proposals and PQQs, and collaborating with internal teams to develop bid strategies. You'll track tender progress, meet deadlines, and provide feedback on outcomes. Additionally, you will maintain tender trackers, build client relationships, and support the sales team with administrative tasks.
Skills & Experience:- Experience with pricing strategies and client relations
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, InDesign, Excel, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
