We are currently looling for a Composite Trimmer for a permanent position for one of our Aerospace Clients based in Cambridge
Application and handling of dcor laminates to composite materials, using a variety of laminates and materials eg Isovolta / Schneller
- Quality of work - adherence to technical drawings, works instructions and specifications ensuring traceability and jobcard records.
- Efficiency - working within department production and quality targets
- Team work - excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with the team at all levels
- Ensure that work is completed within the Company Health and Safety guidelines
- To perform to the best of your ability any other duties the business may require as and when needed.
- This is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. The successful job holder will be expected to perform varying tasks as required by their line manager & the overall objectives of the organisation.

Competent in handling and application of adhesives and material to aid trimming activities and knowledge in surface preparation.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, possess a 'can do' attitude and have a proactive and self-motivated approach to problem solving with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines. Flexibility to work additional hours to complete work to set targets if required.
