Our client is seeking a highly organised Customer Services Co-ordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities of the Customer Services Co-ordinator:

  • Oversee daily workload of current clients and ensure they are updated on the progress of cases.
  • Schedule and co-ordinate internal and external appointments / clinics for the team and on behalf of the clients.
  • Ensure diary bookings are effective, alerting the Logistics Manager as to any concerns.
  • Liaise with clients daily, managing any client requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Format and sending reports, ensuring these are accurate and timely.
  • Database management, to ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Ensure PO numbers are obtained for all billable work.
  • Check recalls and keep clients up to date with necessary appointments.
  • Action any tasks created during review meetings promptly to ensure the client’s needs are met.
  • Proactively manage campaigns for your clients to ensure we are achieving maximum growth potential.

Requirements for the Customer Services Co-ordinator:

  • Previous experience working within an administration / customer services position
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to build strong relationships is essential
  • Confident in day-to-day tasks and proactive in handling problems.
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Consider and initiate upsell to clients in terms of our core services.

Salary: Up to £25,000p.a.

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (12-month contract until December 2025).

Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) 2 days working from home (Monday & Friday)
