  • Front of House: Providing a warm welcome to clients and visitors.
  • Customer Service: Building great relationships with clients and resolving queries with ease.
  • Sales: Speaking confidently to potential new clients over the phone and in-person.
  • Building Management: Ensuring the office runs smoothly, stepping up to manage it in the Office Manager’s absence.
What You Need:
  • Enthusiasm, a great attitude, and a natural ability to communicate effectively.
  • Front-of-house experience, with the confidence to think on your feet.
  • Excellent customer service skills – we love going above and beyond for our clients!
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to finishing tasks to a high standard.
  • A willingness to learn and take on responsibility – you’ll play a key role in the team.
