The ONE Group are working with a local Cambridge based company who are developing battery products and materials, with sustainability in mind.
With an international presence, their small R&D facility are a multi-disciplinary team who work collaboratively within purpose-built labs. They are looking for an Electrochemistry Technician to join the growing team.
This role would be ideal for somebody who would like to develop their hands-on skills, working with interesting materials within a rapidly growing industry.
This is an opportunity to gain excellent experience and benefit from a robust in-house training plan
The Role:
- Build & test of small battery cells
- Preparation & analysis of liquid dispersions
- Preparation of thin films from dispersions
- Applying coatings
- Handling chemicals
About You:
- Chemistry/Materials background
- Able to follow clear, standard processes accurately
- Lab experience
- Superb attention to detail
The package:
- Salary £30-35k
- Performance related annual bonus
- Flexible hours (core hours are 9 - 3)
