Logical are working with a well-established fire protection company who have recently opened a fire door sector of the business and, are looking for an ops manager to help grow the business into a success.
Our client has done the groundwork to make the business a success and already have an exciting pipeline of fire door work. As the business is still fairly new, they are looking for someone who is comfortable with doing a variety of a job roles including:
- Winning work,
- Putting forward quotes and tenders,
- Estimating,
- Liaising with the client from the start to the final handover,
- Managing the project,
- Resourcing operatives,
Must have:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Contracts manager/ops manager - ideally for a fire door company
- Experience setting up a new divisionÂ
- Fire door knowledge
- BM Trada/FIRAS knowledge
- NVQ level 6
- Full driving licence
- Own car – Travel can be nationwide
- Two references from fire door companies
Salary:
- £60k-£65k
