Day-to-day of the role:HR Administration and Customer Service:
- Proactively manage ticket queries from employees via the HR ticket system within agreed SLAs, ensuring an outstanding colleague experience at all times.
- Produce contracts, letters, and other documents related to the employee life-cycle.
- Administer employee data in their HR system.
- Support with employee onboarding and offboarding processes as needed.
- Handle other duties as reasonably requested to fulfil the responsibilities of the HR Shared Service Centre.
Payroll Team Support:
- Organise tax notices, including cataloguing of tickets and follow-up with payroll providers.
- Administer new tax notices.
- Experience in administering HR or payroll, or experience within a fast-paced customer service centre is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong focus on customer experience with a commitment to delivering outstanding service to colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, confident and professional.
- Proactive outlook with a learning mindset.
- Organised and methodical approach to tasks.
- Determination and perseverance to see tasks through to completion.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
