• Assisting with all HR Generalist duties to include:

  • Grievance and disciplinary processes

  • Working in line with UK employment legislation

  • Provide advice and guidance to staff

• Recruitment:

  • Work with departments to plan recruitment strategies

  • Act as first point of contact for recruitment enquiries

  • Assist with recruitment campaigns

• Support other general HR tasks such as on-boarding, employee relations and training

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience working within a generalist HR role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• You will have a flexible and can-do attitude

• You will enjoy working within a team

• You will have a professional approach in every aspect
