Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist with sourcing strategies.
- Report directly to the HR Manager, providing support with additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and tracking applicant progress.
- Maintain accurate records and utilize recruitment software to manage candidate data.
- Assist in the development of recruitment campaigns and participate in employer branding initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
