Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist with sourcing strategies.
  • Report directly to the HR Manager, providing support with additional administrative tasks as needed.
  • Manage candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and tracking applicant progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and utilize recruitment software to manage candidate data.
  • Assist in the development of recruitment campaigns and participate in employer branding initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR support.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
