We are currently recruiting for a HSEQ Advisor to work for our fantastic client based in Longstanton. The role is a full-time permanent position.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm.
Typical Duties would include:
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, PDS and client policies and procedures, risk, and method statements.
- Completing onsite audits (non-technical) on teams and ensuring supervisors and managers are completing their monthly audits according to schedule.
- Monitoring and improving our waste management, environmental and social impact.
- Compiling reports and subsequent actions on near miss, hazard observation and incidents, sending bulletins to staff and keeping portfolio up to date.
- Working with the Lloyds NERS officers and the management team to manage and improve the skills, ability, and assessment of all staff.
- Assist with occupational health management, creating a stronger and healthier workforce.
The Successful Candidate:
- Eager to develop current and new skills.
- Ability to communicate and engage with all levels of co-workers.
- GCSE Grade C or above in Maths, English and Science
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook at a basic to Intermediate level.
- Able to use online Apps and Internet based programs for work management.
- NEBOSH General certificate or higher award.
- NEBOSH Construction certificate.
