We are currently recruiting for a HSEQ Advisor to work for our fantastic client based in Longstanton. The role is a full-time permanent position.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm.

Typical Duties would include:

  • Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, PDS and client policies and procedures, risk, and method statements.
  • Completing onsite audits (non-technical) on teams and ensuring supervisors and managers are completing their monthly audits according to schedule.
  • Monitoring and improving our waste management, environmental and social impact.
  • Compiling reports and subsequent actions on near miss, hazard observation and incidents, sending bulletins to staff and keeping portfolio up to date.
  • Working with the Lloyds NERS officers and the management team to manage and improve the skills, ability, and assessment of all staff.
  • Assist with occupational health management, creating a stronger and healthier workforce.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Eager to develop current and new skills.
  • Ability to communicate and engage with all levels of co-workers.
  • GCSE Grade C or above in Maths, English and Science
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook at a basic to Intermediate level.
  • Able to use online Apps and Internet based programs for work management.
  • NEBOSH General certificate or higher award.
  • NEBOSH Construction certificate.
