Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing the progress and site work of apprentices ensuring their prepared for their EPA (End-Point Assessment)
  • Providing support and guidance to students and addressing challenges (there are opportunities to become an Assessor too).
  • Integrating industry experience into teaching to offer practical insights.
  • Promoting College values and adhering to safeguarding policies.
  • Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities.

Requirements (Skills / Qualifications / Experience):

  • Relevant IT Qualification/Degree
  • Assessors Qualification (A1, TAQA, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in assessing IT qualifications.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, software, and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
