Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing the progress and site work of apprentices ensuring their prepared for their EPA (End-Point Assessment)
- Providing support and guidance to students and addressing challenges (there are opportunities to become an Assessor too).
- Integrating industry experience into teaching to offer practical insights.
- Promoting College values and adhering to safeguarding policies.
- Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities.
Requirements (Skills / Qualifications / Experience):
- Relevant IT Qualification/Degree
- Assessors Qualification (A1, TAQA, or equivalent)
- Previous experience in assessing IT qualifications.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software, and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
