Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Company Car/Allowance
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

A leading company in the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering sector is seeking a MEP Quantity Surveyor with expertise in either electrical or mechanical disciplines. Key Responsibilities:- Cost management of MEP packages across commercial projects.
- Preparation of tender documents, contracts, and cost control.
- Working closely with project teams to ensure budgets are adhered to and commercial objectives are met.
- Regular reporting on project financials, including forecasting and risk analysis.
- Managing sub-contractors and supplier accounts, ensuring value for money.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within MEP, with a focus on either electrical or mechanical works.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project financials.
- Experience in handling commercial construction projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience).
- Company car or car allowance.
