One of our clients a Facilities Maintenance provider is looking for a Mobile Electrically Biased Building Services Technician to cover 6 months starting 19th May 2025. Working on multiple sites within Cambridge ideally Based within easy access of Cambridge.
Essential Experience
Conversant with a wide range of building service systems and equipment.
Sound Electrical and Mechanical knowledge.
Be conversant with current Health and Safety legislation
City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognised equivalent.
17th/18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (I.E.E) Regulations
Test & Inspect desirable
Experience within maintenance duties including fault diagnosis & rectification.
Experience in the Electrical aspects of general building PPM schedules.
This is a temporary position for a 6-month period
Hours of work Monday- Friday 08.00 - 17.00
Ideally based Cambridge area covering sites on Science Parks and Cambridge.
Start date for successful applicant will be 19/05/25 Pay Rate 23.00 - 24.00/hr
You will be based on one site for first month then expensed van would be supplied, you will then be covering multiple sites
