Are you passionate about hands-on work and eager to develop your skills in property maintenance? Our Client is looking for a Property Maintenance Multi-Skilled Trainee to join their dynamic team!
As a trainee, you’ll be responsible for maintaining both internal and external aspects of commercial, residential, and student properties. From repairs and DIY projects to fire safety checks, you’ll receive all the training needed to become an expert in the field.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform property maintenance using hand and power tools
- Conduct repairs on fixtures and fittings
- Carry out fire safety equipment checks
- Maintain a well-stocked van and ensure equipment is in top condition
- Travel efficiently between locations
