Multi Skilled Engineer - Cambridge

GH Engage is partnering with an established facilities management provider who are looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their team on a site in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various reactive and preventative maintenance tasks, and ideally, will have a multi-skilled background with a strong understanding of electrical or mechanical work.

We are looking for the following candidates:

• Multi-Skilled background (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Electrical qualifications (Level 3 and 17th/18th Edition) or Mechanical with electrical understanding
• Strong fault finding and maintenance skills
• Experience in the building services industry

Key Information:

• Salary up to 41,000 (top end)
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Site-based role in Cambridge
• 1 in 8 call-out (standby rate 18/day)
• Overtime rates: x1.5 or x2 on Sundays
• 3 Engineers and a Supervisor in the team
• Training and career progression opportunities
• Small plumbing works, Legionella flushing, changing light fixtures, and reactive maintenance

The successful candidate will be rewarded with:

• Salary: 41,000 (top end)
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Call-out 1 in 8
• 18/day standby
• Overtime: x1.5 or x2 on Sundays
