Job Title: Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 Per Annum + Van, Fuel + Tool Allowance

Working Hours: Onsite 40hrs per week

About Us:

Westone Housing is regional contractor, working within various sectors of the construction industry, our recent expansion within our public sector department has lead to us requiring to expand our team and recruit for experienced multi-skilled tradesmen.

About the role:

Currently we have multiple long-term contracts which require servicing, we’re looking for tradespeople who are skilled across all aspects of building with an emphasis on plumbing, our company is passionate about delivering the best possible service and product to our client base, we place importance on quality, not speed.

Our company provides a straightforward method of work, with great work/life balance. All trades are supported by an experienced office team and will report directly into an assigned project manager, who will regularly attend site and be available to always discuss projects and scope queries, allowing you to focus on the job at hand.

All materials are ordered through our purchasing team, delivered to site or collected from our warehouse to provide a smooth project process.

A company van will be provided, and which can be filled at our depot using our on-site fuelling system.

Projects will be located within 90mins of our depot.

About you:

Experience Needed:

Bathroom/Wet Room Installs: 3 years (Essential)
Tiling: 3 years (Essential)
Aqua Panel Installation 3 years (Essential)
Carpentry 3 Years (Essential)
Plumbing 5 Years (Essential)
Plastering 3 Years (Preferred)
Basic understanding of electrics (Preferred)
Non-License Asbestos Removal trained (Preferred)
Asbestos Awareness (Preferred)
