The Package
- £26,000 to £32,000 basic salary per annumDOE
- Fully remote with site visits required, Monday to Friday, 09:00 17:30,no weekends!

As aNew Build Customer Services Manager, you'll be at the heart of an exciting, fast-paced role, overseeing the handover inspections of new build properties, managing tenancies, coordinating essential repairs, and liaising with third-party aftercare providers to ensure swift resolutions. Youll also be delivering exceptional customer service to valued residents
The New Build Customer Services Manager Role
- Act as the primary on-site contact, fostering strong resident relationships
- Oversee new home handovers, inspections, and snagging resolutions
- Manage tenancies, void processes, and property maintenance efficiently
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure high-quality repairs and upkeep
- Conduct weekly site visits, mid-term inspections, and compliance checks
- Support rent reviews, tenancy renewals, and work with finance teams to maintain occupancy
- Be flexible with locations and available for out-of-hours support when required
The Person
- Experience in residential property management, maintenance coordination, new homes construction or facilities management (Build to Rent experience is a plus)
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong tenant relationships
- Motivated to develop, progress, and take ownership of responsibilities
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Experience using property management systems
