A Top 30 Firm in Cambridge that is experiencing rapid growth is looking for an Outsourcing Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of clients. - Managing the delivery of outsourcing assignments to include review of monthly / quarterly management accounting, preparing cash flow reports, budgets and projections, overseeing and review of bookkeeping, review of VAT returns and assisting clients with VAT queries and tax investigations.
- Acting as the overall engagement manager for some clients, which will include liaising with other teams across the firm to facilitate the delivery of annual accounting and corporation tax compliance, payroll, company secretarial services and other advisory services.
- Managing a team varied in role, from trainee accountants, assistant accountants and management accountants.
Requirements:As an Outsourcing Manager, you will need….
- A qualified Accountant, either ACCA, ACA or CIMA
- Experience in portfolio management, including delivery of outsourcing services (minimum criteria).
- Up to date working knowledge of tax including MTD.
- Team management experience, including line management.
- Strong systems knowledge in Xero, Dext, Approval Max and QBO, including implementation.
