A global and well-established law firm based in Cambridge is seeking a Legal PA to support the fee earners and provide excellent administrative and secretarial support to the property department. This is a full time, hybrid role on an initial 12 months FTC starting asap. Successful candidates must have a proven track record of providing first class PA support to a number of fee earners, ideally within legal or wider professional services.

The firm delivers high-class client service and offers an impressive global reach ensuring that legal needs are met actively and efficiently. For this reason, the firm are looking for a proactive and professional individual who thrives on delivering results and coming up with innovative solutions.

The role will primarily involve acting as integral PA support as part of the secretarial team - diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, processing of expenses, record keeping and email correspondence. You will be active in responding to fee earner requests and contributing to team meetings; undertaking extensive client reporting and billing and collaborating with team members to improve processes. Overall the role will be hugely organisation and will require a level of time management and planning.

The successful PA will have experience in professional services / a corporate environment alongside diary management skills.
