We are looking for a People and Culture Partner on a 6-month FTC, starting as soon as possible, for an academic research organisation based in Cambridge. The role is paying between £50-£55k and offering hybrid working, at least 1 day a week on site. You will be a strategic partner who will advise, drive and influence cultural aspects of people processes and organisational change, structures and business improvement initiatives. Partnering with managers to embed people related practices. Experience of using data and metrics to give insights to identify solutions. Support transformation and change initiatives through effective partnering, coaching and collaboration. Experience required:
  • Business partnering at a strategic level
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
  • Business change and transformation 
  • Up to date employment law knowledge
  • Experience of using HR data / HRIS to prepare insights / metrics
  • Able to offer pragmatic solutions to HR issues
  • Credibility and gravitas
