My Client is seeking an HR People Partner to join their HR function team in Cambridgeshire, reporting to the Head of HR.
This position offers hybrid working, requiring 4 days onsite and 1 day working from home, with parking available onsite.
The role involves advising line managers on people management best practices, managing employee relations, and improving operational efficiency.
Candidates should have a good standard of education, including GCSEs in Maths and English, as well as a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates are expected to have relevant experience in HR management.

My Client is seeking a HR People Partner to join their HR function team reporting into the Head of HRHybrid working - 4 days onsite 1 day working from home Parking onsite 37 hours per week Cambridgeshire Main key responsibilities

Advise line managers on best practices in people management, including performance management, employee relations, and HR policies.
Employee relations, (grievances, disciplinary)
Guide managers on managing sickness absence cases and supporting employees as well as absence reporting for payroll
Manage initiatives to improve operational efficiency, onboarding, induction processes, recognition programs, and career development.
Collaborate with senior People team members on strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with the Head of People to design and deliver wellbeing and mental health initiatives including workshops, communications and events.

Qualifications

A good standard of education including Maths and English GCSEs Grade A*-C (or equivalent) or Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy is essential
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
