Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates for roles in Special Needs Schools.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable positions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Assist with the coordination of interviews and follow-up processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of the education sector, particularly Special Needs Schools, is a plus.
