Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen and shortlist candidates for roles in Special Needs Schools.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable positions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Assist with the coordination of interviews and follow-up processes.

  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed.
