Sales Development Representative - DACH, Nordics, and Eastern Europe - German Speaking

Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: £25-35k DOE + commission

Hours: Flexible working hours 37.5hrs a week hybrid

We are proud to be working with this Cambridgeshire based Electronics company who are looking for a motivated German Speaking Sales Development Representative to drive revenue growth by generating a strong sales pipeline with new and existing customers. This role of the German speaking Sales Development Rep will focus on the development of DACH, Nordics, and Eastern Europe territories, working closely with local distribution and reseller partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research target accounts and personnel to effectively carry out prospecting activities that generate a pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Understand and communicate the value of our High-Performance KVM products for each customer use case.
  • Develop close working relationships with local distribution and reseller partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute prospecting activities and promotions around new product launches, events, and other initiatives.
  • Ensure maximum benefit from all marketing activity by following up leads quickly and efficiently.
  • Qualify and progress new sales opportunities, following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-through.
  • Build strong working relationships with Territory Managers and the Marketing team.
  • Host face-to-face meetings with customers at events and visit reseller sales floors.
  • Fully utilize CRM and other technology tools to maximize effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience working in a B2B sales environment.
  • Native German ideally but you must be fluent/bilingual in German
  • Strong desire to succeed in technology sales and advance to field sales roles.
  • Ability to gain prospects' attention through unique and insightful contact using telephone, e-mail, and other communication tools.
  • Demonstrated confidence, persistence, and curiosity required for sales development.
  • Highly organized and capable of prioritizing and managing time effectively.
  • Positive team player with excellent communication skills and telephone presence.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to stretch beyond office hours when necessary.
