Within this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for being an ultimate ambassador, supporting and developing relationships with similar businesses to create valuable partnerships and developing sales methodologies, alongside leading a team of two. Â
This is a full time, permanent position (37.5 hours per week) with flexibility on location & a central hub in Cambridge. Travel will be required for this position. The offered salary for this role is £45,000 - £49,000 depending on experience.

The day to day
- Immersing yourself within the company and identifying truly matched company partners.
- Attending networking events to build new and existing relationships.
- Overseeing the sales pipeline, developing the methodology and systems.
- Delivering insight on business function improvements & reporting internally on OKRs.
- Line management of two Partnership Managers.
- Actively contributing to P&L and budget work for new business and customer acquisition.
You will have/be
- Proven business development experience.
- Experience within Affiliate Marketing/PPC agency sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Experience of direct line management.
- A love for all things relationship-building, instigating and nurturing long term partnerships.
- Excellent communication and thrives in stakeholder management.
- Sound experience identifying new prospective opportunities.
- Naturally innovative and looking to join a like-minded business that truly value employees from their core.
