Operating across the UK in a number of sectors including: Construction, Residential, Fit Out, Maintenance and EngineeringYour new roleSenior Planner required for a major construction project on the Suffolk/Norfolk border, where you will be required to provide planning and programming expertise to the pre-contract and project teams.Main duties:

  • Create comprehensive tender programs and method statements, presenting them confidently.
  • Ensure project success by initiating and tracking performance metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Efficiently integrate design, procurement, and construction elements for optimal performance.
  • Accurately prepare schedules and analyse quotes for time-related preliminaries.
  • Effectively manage changes, providing advice on Extension of Time implications when necessary.
