We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Shared Ownership Sales Consultant to join our dynamic new homes team. If you have experience in new homes sales and are passionate about helping people achieve their homeownership dreams, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales process for new homes, guiding customers through the shared ownership journey from enquiry to completion.

  • Provide expert advice on shared ownership, clearly explaining the benefits and process to customers.

  • Understand the customer journey and ensure a smooth and positive experience for each client.

  • Conduct regular site visits in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, offering excellent customer service and support on-site.

  • Achieve sales targets and drive success for our new homes projects.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and that all documentation and processes are completed accurately.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new homes sales (experience in shared ownership is a plus, but not essential).

  • Strong understanding of the customer journey, with the ability to tailor your approach to meet individual needs.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing your own workload.

  • Full UK driving license, as the role requires travel to various sites.

Working Hours:

  • Wednesday to Saturday: On-site, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (mileage paid for travel to site).

  • Sunday and Monday: Days off.

  • Tuesday: Office-based in Farringdon, London.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: £37,565 per annum.

  • Commission: On top of base salary, offering the opportunity to earn additional income based on performance.

  • Mileage paid (excluding travel to Farringdon).
