Site Officer

Location: Histon, Cambridge, CB24 9AQ

Salary: £13,124 - £14,279 per annum

Hours of work:  This role can be offered as a part-time job opportunity with a minimum requirement of 20 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 7 - 11am.

The Primary School prides itself on being a friendly and welcoming school.  Their broad, balanced and exciting curriculum meets the needs of all their children, and they aim to provide their children with the best educational journey.  In September 2021, they converted to a through primary school from an infant school and are delighted to welcome their first Year 6 cohort from September 2024.  Their new location on their spacious school site with its bright, modern building is a fantastic place to work with easy access into Cambridge city centre.

The Role

Are you an enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individual? They have a great opportunity for a Site Officer to join their Primary School.

You would ensure the security and care of the school buildings, furniture, fittings, and equipment alongside maintaining a safe physical environment with particular emphasis on the day-to-day management of the site.

You would also be a key-holder for the school.

Skills and Qualifications

This is a hands-on role; a trade skill and knowledge of general cleaning and maintenance operations and Health & Safety would be an advantage.
