Sonic Summary

TSA Surveying is seeking Stock Condition Surveyors for a 12-month contract starting ASAP in the Cambridgeshire area.
The role involves surveying over 3000 properties using a tablet device and asset management software.
Candidates must have a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in a construction-related field and relevant experience is required.
This position is outside IR35 and offers very good rates paid per survey for houses and flats.

TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appointStock Condition Surveyorson a12 MONTHcontract startingASAP in/around theCAMBRIDGESHIREarea to surveyOVER 3000 PROPERTIES.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software.

Outside IR35 role
Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats - Very Good Rates
Over3000properties to be surveyed
Properties located in/aroundthe Cambridgeshire area
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties.
Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
12 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.

Below qualifications isaMUST:

A higher National Certificate (HNC) in a construction-related field, which is considered equivalent to the first year of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.

Also have a Stock Con & EPC role in West London and Stock Only in South London (Croydon) - if interested please call TSA.
