We are working with a company in Cambridgeshire seeking a Fellowship Coordinator to support the Fellowship Programme, a pioneering initiative aimed at accelerating scientific entrepreneurship and fostering innovation in neurotechnology.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Coordinate an annual Fellowship Programme, ensuring Fellows are supported at their host organisations.
  • Manage project reporting, invoicing, and training records.
  • Collaborate with partners to deliver fellowship goals and ensure smooth integration into wider initiatives.
  • Facilitate Fellows’ participation in campus-wide programmes designed to support scientific entrepreneurship.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, manage contracts, organise schedules, and support the Fellows’ participation in specialised neurotech themes within an accelerator programme.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualifications: Relevant undergraduate degree; PRINCE2 qualification (desirable).
  • Experience: Project management, coordination of research programmes spanning academia and industry, and administrative expertise.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organisational abilities, and knowledge of life sciences or biotechnology sectors (desirable).
