Tech Lead - Full Stack

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to a development team, ensuring high standards of code quality, optimizing development processes, and making key architectural decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Your role will also involve mentoring team members, managing project planning, and ensuring effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Strong experience with server-side languages such as Python, JavaScript, PHP

Experience working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RethinkDB

Proficient in using open-source CMS such as WordPress or Drupal, and developing APIs based on them

Solid understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

Experience integrating with third-party APIs (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Twilio)

Knowledge of leading-edge technologies like ReactJS, Typescript, NPM, Webpack, Gulp, Composer Strong understanding of code optimization, database optimization, security, and unit testing Experience in debugging and resolving software issues

Experience in system architecture design for scalable web applications Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively

Experience in managing development projects, timelines, and resource allocation.
