Role Summary As Lead Developer, you will be responsible for:

- Extensive experience in modern object-oriented programming languages (Java, C#)
- Proven track record in leading successful development teams
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (Kubernetes) and microservices architecture
- Background in developing enterprise-level software solutions
- Competitive salary range: 70,000 - 85,000, dependent on experience
