Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Consultant Psychologist to join our clients private Neurological Centre, clients are provided specialised care, therapeutic, and rehabilitation pathways for those affected by neurological or mental health conditions, where challenging behaviour may be a primary impairment. With a strong focus on teamwork and continuous professional development (CPD), you'll be part of an environment that supports your growth and success.
What You'll Do

  • Lead the transdisciplinary team, providing supervision, training, and guidance.
  • Develop and oversee specialised psychological programmes, ensuring all therapeutic approaches are evidence-based and effective.
  • Assess service users with complex needs and design tailored, specialist psychological treatments within neurological care services.
  • Identify and develop new services for other neurological conditions.
  • Collaborate as a key member of the Senior Management Team to deliver outstanding care.

What We're Looking For

  • A BPS-accredited and HCPC-approved Doctorate in Psychology.
  • HCPC registration and Chartered Membership of the BPS.
  • Evidence of active engagement in ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) networks.
  • Post-doctoral knowledge and expertise in research methodology, research design, and complex data analysis.
  • Experience carrying a designated caseload, assessing complex needs, and delivering specialist treatments.
