Role Responsibilities

  1. Maintenance Duties:

    • Perform building fabric activities, including patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating.
    • Conduct preventative maintenance, monitoring equipment, and carrying out inspections.
  2. Client Interactions:

    • Provide excellent customer service and keep clients informed of activities.
    • Report defects and answer client queries during visits.
  3. Health & Safety:

    • Adhere to strict health and safety regulations and statutory requirements.

Candidate Requirements

  • Skills:

    • Full, valid UK driving licence.
    • IT literacy for record-keeping.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Physically able to perform job duties.
  • Qualifications:

    • City and Guilds Level 2/3 in a relevant trade.
