We are seeking a skilled and versatile General Maintenance/Handyperson to join our Cambridge based client. This would be a permanent position would be working 8am 4pm Monday to Friday.


Main Duties:

  • Perform a wide range of basic maintenance tasks, including painting, decorating, tiling, flooring, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of our facilities to identify and address potential hazards.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure efficient and effective maintenance.


The Successful Candidate:

  • Industry-approved qualification in an area of maintenance, such as NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
  • Practical experience in general maintenance or building works.
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
