Programme Manager - 12 month contractCambridgeHours - Full time Monday to Friday (hybrid working)Salary - £32-37k plus great benefits.Are you ready to drive impactful learning experiences for global leaders?Our client, an internationally renowned business school is seeking a dedicated Programme Manager to join its Open Programmes team within Executive Education. This role involves managing and delivering transformative learning programmes for senior executives from a diverse range of organisations. If you have a passion for project management, education, and ensuring exceptional participant experiences, this could be the ideal role for you.Key Responsibilities Programme Management
  • Lead the project management of executive learning programmes, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
  • Plan, track, and document programme progress to ensure all stakeholders have full visibility.
  • Oversee logistics including accommodation, travel, catering, and setup of virtual learning environments for in-person and digital programme launches.
  • Collaborate with business development and learning design teams to co-ordinate faculty and speaker schedules, materials, and presentations.
  • Support clients and participants from programme start to finish, coordinating with faculty, facilities, and AV/IT teams to ensure an excellent learning experience.
  • Manage online programme elements, including facilitating live webinars and sessions via Zoom or Teams.
Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty and executive education staff, to enhance the programme’s reputation.
  • Ensure high standards of client service and a seamless participant experience.
  • Liaise with venues, hotels, and service providers to meet all participant needs.
Communication & Information Management
  • Communicate with programme participants from initial registration through post-programme follow-ups to ensure they are informed and supported.
  • Lead rehearsals and preparatory sessions with faculty and learning designers before each programme.
  • Collect and analyse feedback, contributing to ongoing programme improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records in the business management system, in line with data protection standards.

  • A graduate-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • A formal project management qualification (e.g., APM, Prince2, Agile) or equivalent experience is desirable.
