We are currently working with a fantastic organisation who are looking to hire a Part-Time Health & Safety Adviser to help to promote good working practises across the organisation.

The role is a part-time position for circa 20 24 hours per week, the client would be happy with someone in for 3 longer days or 4/5 shorter days if that was preferred.

Theyre ideally looking for someone who is NEBOSH qualified and has previous experience and understanding of Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Typical duties would include:

  • Updating and maintaining policies and procedures
  • Promoting a positive safety culture within the organisation
  • Acting as the main point of contact for health & safety advice
  • Ensuring the team are compliant with safety regulations
  • Providing training to managers and staff

The successful candidate:

  • Previous experience working in a similar position
  • NEBOSH Qualified
  • Previous experience of delivering training programs
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proactive and able to work on their own initiative

It would be beneficial if the successful candidate had previous experience working within the education sector.
