Are you passionate about supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We have multiple opportunities available for SEMH Teaching Assistants in Impington. These roles are on a daily supply basis, offering flexibility and the chance to make a real difference in students' lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs.
  • Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs).Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to enhance student progress.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and support emotional well-being.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with SEMH students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in various educational settings.
  • A positive, patient, and resilient attitude.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in SEMH support (preferred but not required).
