Teaching Assistant

Vision for Education are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work in a Reception class in this popular primary school in Cambourne. This role would start on a temporary basis but would turn permanent. This would be a full time position starting in early March, or as soon as possible.

The school are ideally looking for a qualified Teaching Assistant however will accept applications from unqualified Teaching Assistants who have experience. The successful candidate would be working within the Early Year Foundation Stage, doing some 1:1 work with children with SEND, as well more general TA work.

The successful candidate would be working within a established and experienced team where the children are at the heart of all that they do. The school benefits from a friendly, supportive and enthusiastic team of staff and well-behaved and keen to learn students.

To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant - Reception Class you will:

• To have a relevant qualification or experience
• To have experience supporting within a primary school or similar setting

As Teaching Assistant - Reception Class you will be responsible for:

• To support within the EYFS and KS1 department
• To support students with SEND
• To work closely with the teachers and other supporting staff

£85 to £100 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• To have experience supporting within a primary school or similar setting e.g. Nurseries and Pre-schools
