We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Cambridge on a full-time, long-term basis starting ASAP. This role involves providing tailored support to students with special educational needs within a mainstream school environment. For the right candidate, this position could become permanent.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience working with SEN children in a school or similar setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting young learners and helping them reach their full potential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to working with children with additional needs.
- A solid understanding of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.
- Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (preferred but not essential).
