Are you looking for a permanent opportunity working within a strong team for one of the most prestigious Colleges in Cambridge

Location: Cambridge

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 4:00pm

Salary: Up To £43,000 Per

Duties Of This Role Include:

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff on multiple sites.
  • Undertake recruitment, induction, training, welfare and supervision of the housekeeping staff.
  • Set performance goals and carry out appraisals.
  • To lead, and manage accommodation and housekeeping to deliver an efficient and consistently excellent service throughout the college.
  • Through the Accommodation Manager, maintain compliance with ANUK Code of Practice.
  • Ensure the Student Accommodation handbook is regularly updated.
  • Manage and coordinate logistics of internal room/office moves for staff & Fellows accommodation and offices.
  • Manage college furniture inventory and condition reports for fellows, students and staff and offices.

What we're looking for in you:

  • 5+ years experience as a Senior / Head of housekeeping.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • DBS Check (Or willing to undertake one).
  • Confident IT User.
